about

This 7-track album is a collection of original music written [mostly] throughout my time at college [with the exception of track 2, which I wrote in highs school and have recorded previously]. Although some are mentioned in the "album credits," I would like to thank Justin Bousquet for his non-stop advice and dedication to the art of music production, Adam Paul for his vigorous support of all types of original music and art, Ashly LaRosa, Jack Riley, Molly Rabuffo and Isaac Ivenia-Tapper for support and inspiration as fellow independent musical artists, and everyone else I've abused in my music making process..... again, thank you.

Track Name: Good Will Hunting [90's Love Song Intro]
Looking out on you, I’m going to find a new girl.
“Going to find someone new” - that was yesterday.
I’m always yesterday.
Never not something going on in my head,
or under my breath you're floating on.
I won’t cry this time.
When we say goodbye this time.
Track Name: Longboard Ave. [Elevators Outro]
All you wanted was for New Year’s to feel like a love song, but now it’s come & gone.
Mine just wasn't the same without you here-like it’d been for the last four years.
I just couldn't keep up, I’m always doing my best to take your lead to preserve us.
Not that you're keeping me down, but I hate having you around.
You make it too hard to forget everyone I want to let go of.
Track Name: All I Need
Your long hair and your big shoes and your beat up old Chevrolet.
The Polar Bear inside of your soul, underneath your wool cap, tattooed on your back.

One of these days I'll find one of the stories you left behind.
And when the nights are kind I'm climbing on the rooftops to see the lights.

I look and see, all it is is memories and I am home.
It's a sad city, but I never want to leave now I am old.

Take me away to summer days, they don't last long, not when you blaze it away.
How I know they way, the hope you gave. The love inside your mother's hate.
I miss your freckled face, the big e,pty house in your heart your father built, what a waste.

Your head in heart, your feet on the ground, I owe you everything.
The kick's deep inside of your soul when you cut me some slack, but never coming back.

I always fall away as your face fades, I hold on too long, it's sad to say.?
But it feels good the pain, to wallow away.
I still fin notes you wrote me yesterday.
